The company is getting feedback from some areas about the colour of the water being received on property.

I have today visited all four offtake sites with staff from NRC for the regular water quality testing program.

NRC staff commented on how good the visual appearance was of the water in both dams and the weirs.

The likely reason for discoloured water is that there has been over a 200% increase of draw off over the last two weeks.

This will scour the pipes of any build up more effectively than our scour program could.

Some areas will be impacted more than others dependent on pipe diameter.

This problem should flush through quite quickly, those toward the end of a pipeline will be the most affected.
