To carry out planned maintainence it is currently intended to shut down the main line from the southern dam on Thursday the 13th August.

The southern area begins at Bulls gorge, State/Hway 10 and ends at the intersection of Waimate North Rd and State/Hway 10.This includes Kerikeri Rd, Wiroa Rd, Waimate North Road and all roads off them.The shut down will be subject to weather or if any other major unplanned event occurs else where on the scheme.The work is expected to be reasonably straight forward and all going well water supply should be back on at approx 2 pm the same day.
